Privacy Policy

Move’re is operated from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email address, phone number, and a hashed password. We never store your password itself.
• Health and fitness data — height, weight, date of birth, gender, experience level and goals, plus the sessions, sets and reps you log. You give us this so the program can be matched to you and your progress tracked.
• Form clips — short videos you record of yourself exercising.
• Payment records — amount, date, program and a transaction reference. Card details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
• Technical data — IP address and browser type, used for security and rate limiting.

Who can see your form clips

Only Move’re coaching staff reviewing your technique. Clips are not shown on the leaderboard, to your squad, or to other members. They are stored privately with our video provider and served over links that expire after one hour — they are never public and never indexed by search engines.

You can delete any clip, and withdraw consent for clips entirely, from Your clips & privacy in your dashboard. Deleting removes the file from storage, not just the record.

Why we hold health data

Height, weight and experience level are used to place you on the right track and to show your own progress back to you. Aggregate scores appear on the leaderboard as a rank and a completion percentage — never your measurements, and never your clips.

Who we share with

We do not sell personal data. We share only with processors needed to run the service:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — video storage, delivery, and site protection.
• Brevo — transactional email.
• Google Cloud — application and database hosting.

We may disclose data where required by law. Some of these providers operate outside India; where that happens the transfer is covered by their standard contractual terms.

How long we keep it

• Account and training history: while your account is open.
• Form clips: until you delete them, or 12 months after your program ends, whichever comes first.
• Payment records: seven years, as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Write to us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion removes your account, training history and clips; payment records are retained where the law requires.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Video links are signed and short-lived. Access to member data is limited to coaching staff who need it.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary: one to keep you signed in, and small ones remembering your selected program and whether you have seen new coach feedback. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Children

Move’re is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
