These terms apply to Move’re, an online fitness coaching service operated from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By creating an account or buying a program you agree to them.

What you’re buying

A Move’re program is a fixed-length training plan delivered through this website: daily sessions, exercise demonstrations, and form review by a coach. It is a digital service. Nothing is shipped to you.

Buying a program gives you access to that program for its duration plus continued access to your own logged history. It is a licence to use the material personally — not to redistribute, resell, or reproduce it.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older to hold an account, and 18 or older to make a payment.
• One person per account. Sharing login details is not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.

Form clips

Completing an exercise requires uploading a short video of yourself performing it. This is how your coach reviews your technique and how session records stay verifiable. Clips are visible only to Move’re coaching staff, and you can delete any of them at any time from your account. See the Privacy Policy.

Health and safety

Move’re is not medical advice. Exercise carries risk of injury. Consult a doctor before starting any program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or illness, or managing a heart, joint or blood-pressure condition.

You take part at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Coaching feedback is general guidance from a recorded clip, not a clinical assessment, and cannot account for conditions we don’t know about.

Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details. Access is granted once payment is confirmed. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

• Don’t upload clips of anyone other than yourself, or anything unlawful or explicit.
• Don’t attempt to access other members’ data, clips or accounts.
• Don’t scrape, copy or republish program content.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not deliberate we will contact you first.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages at our hosting or video providers, and factors outside our control can cause downtime. Where an outage materially prevents you using a program, we will extend your access by the affected period.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Move’re is limited to the amount you paid for the program in question. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
